I dont know why others gave you a stink thumbs down, but I can say I feel kicks if used in a fight when needed are very effective. I used it once in a fight after being picked on cotinuously, i ended up fighting 9 people, being only punched once, while othe had broken ribs , eyes black and ears broken. I dont like fighting, and dont encourage it, I trained for comp only and IM not a tough guy, but when you need it, you can save a life.
@rabz777
Hey rabz, this is not Paul Zaichik’s channel. Your best best is to post questions on his forum to get the best answers.
Celcius
@rabz777
people have tremendous strenght in their legs
but since u dont train them u cant use it
no dexterity ya dig
iv gotten better at kicking in the past few weeks put imma long ways away from them being any good
Smart and talented BAH! He is a GENIUS
Im thinking of buying all of the stuff on the website, allthough, does anyone know if they ship to Sweden, and in that case how long will it take.

Paul’s the shit. very crisp technique and very innovative ways to develop them.
very very nice kicks
why don’t you pivot on your round house? with your side kick and stop (short) side kick your back foot pivots until your heel is facing your target. Why not do the same with your round-house? It gives more power–especially for small guys like those in these vids… very crisp though really good form and balance… would love to see if that holds true in your matches.
lol i would always rather fight a boxer than someone who knows how to kick!
Good video if you want to learn how to dance but to throw dynamic kicks all you need to do is practice practice practice. I know this from experience, I trained TKD for 3years as a child haven’t been training now for almost 20 but I can still throw the perfect kick. But ask me to do a 520, 720 or a 900 spinning kick I am lost in space, of course you don’t truly need to learn how to do all that spinning unless you are doing a demo. And even then it really isn’t necessary.
@SECMusic
Practice is right. But some forms of training are faster then others. You also need to know what to practice, how to practice, etc.
It’s great to simplify, but not to over-simplify.
@TOWinkworthIpswich
plus a lot of skilled martial artist can
easily break things harder than human
bone. hence the reason they tend not to fight
unless their life is on the line.
@9N8X lol i was thinking exactly that earlier on today, i was thinking surely they would kill someone if they done a spinning back kick into someones skull lol
@TOWinkworthIpswich
that’s why when you take martial arts
classes the first thing they tell you is
“self defense only”
@Celciusss How do you over simplify that’s an oxymoron if I never heard one. simple doesn’t need to be over done you just do it nothing in your life is complicated once you learn how to do it and start putting it in to practice it becomes second nature it’s not over simplifying. It is what I like to call life
So impressed that I saved this to my favourites. Kicks are somethign that I struggle with, being not naturalyl supple and getting into this stuff in my thirties. Thanks for taking the time to post this.
@SECMusic Who dose one practice what one does not know? Learning, therefore, precedes practice. For a street fight, little of TKD is necessary. But to practice and perfect ANY technique, one SHOULD learn the origins and purpose behind it, it’s power, and it’s use in combat. Try to avoid shallow thinking.
@Celciusss There is no one form of practice better than the other. The way you get better at what you do is just to practice.
@AmericanPowerBase If you go to deep into what you are doing you will confuse yourself and other people. This is the reason why when The Karate Kid first came out on the big screen nobody knew what Mr Miyagi was trying to teach young Daniel.
It is when you take what you learned and apply it to everyday life when you see that everything you know means you know nothing. That is why the deeper you go the more confused you become.
@SECMusic We must disagree then, for if one’s mind is so weak as to be confused by study, then one needs to step down to earlier lessons, as yet unlearned. Please, never mention movies when discussing real world topics. Movies are fantasy and have no bearing on reality. Please tell me that you martial arts training is not limited to Claude Van Damn and Chuck Norris. Deep thought negates confusion. Try it. You are incredibly confused. I wish you freedom, from your self.
@SECMusic Wrong again. Over simplify would NOT, by definition be an oxymoron. For instance, “PLUG THE DAMN HOLD” (Obama) would be a clear over simplification of what needs to be done in regards to the oil leak in the Gulf. It is NOT that simple, therefore, Obama over-simplified his statement. No offense, but if you paid for your education, please seek a prompt refund! You are due one! Free your mind!
@AmericanPowerBase Stupid is as Stupid does
good video .. Thanks For Sharing
practice makes perfect
but nobody is perfect!
This video is awesome.
spoiler alert: this is an ad, not a how to video
