why is the MMA stuff so expensive?

Okay so i practice Muay Thai and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and i like to get some of the MMA tshirts from time to time, you know like Tap out, Death Clutch, Venum, Affliction, and so on whatever brand. But the T shirts and board/fight shorts are extremely expensive, like there are shirts for 40 dollars, is it because of the name, or because they have been worn by the professionals so its considered "replica" or what? the gloves i understand the price, but i think the shorts and shirts are extremely over priced. Why exactly do they charge 40-100 dollars for shirts, shorts, and jackets n stuff?

Question about “cool” fight short brands?

I’ve been looking around to buy a cool pair of fight shorts….

And so far i’ve looked at premier fighter, and bad boy mma

What are some other cool brands that have good fight shorts. And like real ones, that you train in and stuff.

Lately i’ve just been training in my gi most of the time, but on the days we dont use gi i just use body shorts, but would like to get some fight shorts.
I know I am very aware. But thats just kinda my style not even gonna lie. I like to stand out with unique, good looking clothes and stuff…..

Lesners shorts at UFC81?

I really like how some of the fight shorts and t-shirts from warrior wear look. I was just wondering if anyone knows what material the shorts are, and how they feel compared to like a basic gym short. Ive seen videos of MMA fighters such as Rich Franklin weight lifting in the fight style shorts, is that something practical, or was he just doing that because he was being video taped? Im just wondering because like i said i liked how lesners shorts look and would by a pair if they are practical (besides the looks) workout shorts
