What are some martial arts with the most difficult training?
I realize there is no best martial art but I’m curious as to what one or ones have the most physically demanding training. To be more specific I’m not interested in martial arts that focus on weapons. They can use weapons a bit but I like unarmed combat much more. The more difficult, the better =)

why does no one take this into account when training in martial arts?
The clothes you are wearing at the time of an attack. What if you got attacked while you are still wearing your stiff business suit for work? Your clothes can impede your ability to perform techniques properly. Nobody ever takes that into account when picking a martial art.
I would like to see someone do something like taekwondo in a business suit

Is this the true tradition form of training in Chinese martial arts?
One school I’ve found claims that it uses no grading system, no belts (which I find sensible, most schools over-emphasis belts), and no sparing at all. The head instructor also claimed he thought Bruce Lee was merely an actor and didn’t train in any real martial art, merely a watered down form.
Does this sound like a McDojo?
Thanks

How can training martial art makes a man to build his ripped muscles?
Some people have been training martial art for years but they seem to look fat. Some people look so muscular due to martial art training.
Some martial art practitioners have been training a lot and they become fast and energetic but their bodies seem to be average with no muscles at all.

Which format do you prefer classes to be run in?
Camaraderie. As shown in many modern martial arts like bjj where everyone’s friends with each other, no lining up according to rank or bowing, you get to address instructors by their first name, no punishments if you do something incorrectly unless its really wrong and then you get expelled (but still no lecturing) , turning up in casual clothes is fine for most days and social events usaully involves alcoholic drinks and grilled food…
or
Formality as shown in many more traditional martial arts like karate and judo (e.g. no talking or joking around in class, bowing, wearing traditional clothing, learning some native terms used in the country the martial art was created, lots of push ups and sit ups if you refuse to listen, social event is usually sitting around a table talking about things like family etc)
Just a little survey. Not trying to diss one side or another. I personally prefer the formality over this idea of camaradie because I tend to focus better when everyone’s silent and because…well…I am kinda slack and if someone doesn’t literally stand behind me with a threat, then I don’t really do that well xP

Are white/Americans racist?? towards Chinese/American?
There’s a movie coming out in 2010 called "The Last Airbender" which is based mostly on ancient Chinese culture, the characters names are Chinese, the martial art’s Chinese, their clothing are Chinese, the writing are Chinese, the homes are Chinese,,etc BUT in this movie they’re all white except 1 Indian who plays the villain. There’s not one Chinese in the movie, not 1.
Now people were defending this movie by saying that this is an American made film and that they’re trying to market it to a certain group of people.Well I’m an American but I’m not white. Are they saying that white people don’t want to see Chinese people in the movies? and that’s why they chosen an all white cast to portray Chinese?
Well if that’s the case then white/Americans are racist.I mean what is this, the 1950′s? where minorities were banned in the movies;where whites taped their eyes to portrayed Chinese and paint their faces black to portrayed the blacks.
